  1. What is "Zaz"?
    1. "Zaz" refers to vehicles and other assets, property, items and things. Also, "Zaz" are those items that require periodic, service, maintenance or repair and have resale value.
  2. What does it cost to be a ZazHub Member?
    1. There is no cost for ZazHub membership. You have full interface with all areas of the ZazHub website for free.
  3. What kinds of Zaz can I make ZazFiles for?
    1. Today you can create a ZazFile for any kind of passenger vehicle. As ZazHub grows many different categories will be added, such as motorcycles, snowmobiles, ATVs, RVs, Boats, even trucks and commercial equipment
  4. Is there a limit to the size of a ZazFile?
    1. There are currently no limits on the file size for a ZazFile
  5. How will you keep my ZazFiles secure?
    1. There are 2 levels of security to ZazHub – Public and not Public.
      By check marking “Public” box you are allowing your friends and other people with similar interests, common groups and Zaz to find you and to learn more about you. If you prefer to have this information remain private please leave the box unchecked.

  6. How do I indicate that my Zaz is For Sale?
    1. If this is for an existing ZazFile first go to “My Zaz”, click on “view”, then click the “Edit” button.
    2. In the “Name” box, simply type “- For Sale” in the description. Since this your description, feel free to get as creative as you like.
    3. At the bottom of the Edit Zaz window, select the check box to indicate that your asset is for sale. If you would like to make it known to the community that your Zaz is for sale please check the box “Allow other people to see this item” and at your option can add a selling price. This information, including your description, will then become part of your “Public” profile and be on the “Showcase” page.
  7. If I am a Service Provider and want to let people know about me, how do you I set up my profile?
    1. Today you will set up your profile similar to a standard ZazHub member. However, it is suggested that you put all your services and capabilities in your profile. ZazHub will offer additional features for service providers shortly.
  8. How do I learn more about a particular ZazWork Service Provider?
    1. Each ZazWork Service Provider will provide a detailed profile of their capabilities, area served, and any areas of expertise or specialization.
  9. Why would I want to become a ZazHub member – what’s in it for me?
    1. By being a member and sponsoring others to become members, you will be able to have the following advantages:
      1. Access to community of other people with similar interests and Zaz will enable you to share, discuss service and even sell your Zaz.
      2. An easy way to track and monitor information about your valuable asset.
      3. Access to coupons, discounts, special offer and other free or reduced-cost offers will reduce the total cost of ownership and make it easier to properly maintain your vehicle.
      4. Receive free expert advice and tips from other members and service providers on a wide variety of subjects and materials related to owning, servicing, buying or selling assets.
      5. Maintain better records for tax, insurance and estate planning
      6. Ability to share your experiences and learn from others in the community through their knowledge and experiences.
      7. Meet others with common interests, participate in local events, etc.
      8. For members that want to sell their Zaz, ZazHub will enable help you do so faster and at a higher value than you would without any records , documentation or the visibility in ZazHub
      9. Find the best service providers for servicing and maintaining of your Zaz
  10. Am I going to be bombarded with Advertisement?
    1. No - there is no advertising on ZazHub. However, as a benefit to you and to help reduce cost of ownership of your Zaz, there are coupons, discounts and special offers available on the ZazWork page.
  11. How do I cancel my membership?
    1. Since there is no cost to ZazHub you can simply delete all information while keeping your basic sign in available to you for future use.
